We had a really comfortable stay in this nicely appointed and stunningly beautiful hotel. All of the staff was excellent and knowledgeable. The meals in an in-house restaurant were great!

Thoroughly enjoyed Tzaneen, the hotel was well-appointed by shopping complex. Genuinely helpful staff, answered all questions. I booked brand-new and neat room with all the basic amenities, a bath. Location: the venue was close enough to a decent mall and restaurants in town. Everything was simply nice.

The Wi-Fi in the room had very poor connection

For our new year’s stay, the hotel offered a good pool and a nice garden area for guests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. staff members were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.

The room was not cleaned to a high standard and had an unpleasant odour throughout our stay. It's unfortunate that the overall experience wasn't as enjoyable as we had hoped for.
